In the latest episode of Koffee With Karan Season 5, Kangana Ranaut and Saif Ali Khan landed up on Karan Johar’s chat show, with Shahid Kapoor also joining them towards the end of the show.

In the latest episode of Koffee With Karan Season 5, Kangana Ranaut and Saif Ali Khan landed up on Karan Johar’s chat show, with Shahid Kapoor also joining them towards the fag end of the show. The episode was quite a lot of fun, because, duh, Kangana Ranaut. While Saif and later Shahid merely turned out to be spectators on the show, Kangana Ranaut took the centrestage with ease, taking on Karan Johar with ease.

But Saif Ali Khan fans need not worry – the actor manage to show off his wit in the Rapid Fire round and Koffee Shots round (which Karan Johar kept too sex-specific). In one of the Rapid Fire questions, Saif Ali Khan was asked Kill – Marry – Hookup question, where he was told that if he was a female which of these would apply to Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan. Saif Ali khan was a bit hesitant to answer this one, since he has acted with all the three actors. But as he has to answer the question, he stated that he would never marry Salman Khan, come what may, but he will definitely hook up with him. He will marry the ever congenial Shah Rukh Khan, but will ‘kill’ Aamir Khan, but for no apparent reason.

Said Ali Khan has acted with Salman Khan in Biwi No 1, with Shah Rukh Khan in Kal Ho Naa Ho and with Aamir Khan in Parampara and Dil Chahta Hai. Wonder what it is about Aamir Khan that he is always in the ‘kill’ category, even for no reason.

Saif Ali Khan also revealed in the same episode that he was offered Fawad Khan‘s role in Kapoor & Sons, but he rejected it, which turned out to be such a huge mistake. He revealed that Kareena still trolls him for this decision and he kept on saying sorry to Karan Johar, who was the producer of the movie.

Saif Ali Khan, who saw “Dangal” on Tuesday, praised the movie and termed Aamir Khan a “phenomenal actor”.

“It is really good. One of the best movies I’ve ever seen. Aamir is just phenomenal. What a lovely choice. I think everyone should watch it. We, the country, has already decided, that it is an amazing film,” said Saif at the PVR Cinema here.

Saif, who recently welcomed his first child with wife Kareena Kapoor, said that the new mother is at home.

“She is not here. It is just me, my driver and my friend Jai, who watched the film. We all loved it,” he said to queries if Kareena has watched the film.

As Salman Khan turned a year older, Saif extended his wishes too. “I’ll wish him personally but Happy Birthday Salman Bhai,” he said.

Saif is on leave and will resume work only in mid-January when he flies abroad for a schedule of Raja Krishna Menon’s “Chef”.

Vishal Bhardwaj’s upcoming Rangoon has piqued the interest of Bollywood, although not much beside the basics is known about it yet. The movie is set to star Kangana Ranaut, Shahid Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, against the backdrop of World War II. The wait to get a glimpse of the movie, however, has gotten a little longer, as the trailer for the movie will be a little delayed.

Says a source close to the developments, “Since the movie is based on World War II in the 1940s, the makers are leaving no stone unturned in making it look as real as they can in post production stage.

The job, however, is time consuming and the movie is running a little delayed. The team is working on the trailer of Rangoon and it will be released with Aamir Khan’s Dangal, which is to be released on December 23.”

Believe it or not, the three Khans have shared screen space in a film previously…

For the last two decades, audiences have been waiting to see the three Khans together in a film. While it has become practically impossible now, back in the ’90s it was easier to get them on board. They weren’t branded as superstars then and it was Ashutosh Gowariker who got three Khans to share screen space in his film.

Well, the 3 Khans here means Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and Saif Ali Khan. And which was the film? Ashu’s first film Pehla Nasha. It’s a special cameo by all of them but then, this scene will definitely take you down memory lane.

A video doing the rounds has all the three Khans – SRK, Aamir and Saif – sharing the same frame. Don’t believe us? Watch the video right here.

The iconic film celebrates 15 years today.

Who just doesn’t love Dil Chahta Hai?

The oft-watched timeless tale of friendship between Akash, Sid and Sameer and how they experience love and live, is still as fresh and relevant as it was 15 years back when it was released this day.

Dil Chahta Hai was a film that brought in the millennial wave to Bollywood cinema, and showed the way out to rehashed plots like revenge dramas and family reunion plots. The film also marked the directorial debut of the multi-faceted Farhan Akhtar, who later directed Lakshya and the Don franchise, before foraying into acting.
