This is why Saif Ali Khan’s Sara and Ibrahim did not attend Taimur’s first birthday celebrations

Saif Ali Khan celebrated their little one, Taimur Ali Khan‘s, first birthday in Pataudi last week with their close family members and friends in attendance. Our social media timelines were filled with Taimur and the extended family’s pics, and while everyone looked happy and merry in each other’s company, we were wondering where Saif and Amrita Singh’s kids, Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Khan were. In the past, we have seen the brother-sister duo being a part of every celebration. In fact, they are also very fond of Kareena, and have often been spotted spending time with the diva, in the past. However, not seeing them around at Taimur’s birthday bash, set us wondering if everything was alright between Saif-Kareena and Sara-Ibrahim.

The source confirmed that all was well between them but given that Sara was busy with her second shoot schedule, they couldn’t travel to Pataudi to be with the family to ring in the celebrations. The leading entertainment portal quoted the source as saying, “Both Saif and Sara are close to Kareena and are often seen partying with Saif and Kareena at their Bandra home, so when Sara and Ibrahim didn’t attend the birthday bash in Pataudi, it took many in B-Town by surprise. Both were spotted at their gyms the whole of last week as they didn’t fly down to Pataudi. But before people start thinking there’s a rift between the brother-sister duo and Saif and Kareena, they will be wrong. Fact is, Sara was prepping with the Kedarnath crew as she has been continuously shooting for the film for over two weeks now. While Taimur’s birthday was on December 20, her schedule was for the next few days after that and her director had wanted Sara to stay back for some workshops. It’s a challenging film and Sara is completely focusing on her debut film now.”

Posted in Saif Ali Khan with tags , , , , on November 1, 2017 by saifalikhanonline

Karisma Kapoor had recently said that her nephew Taimur Ali Khan’s first birthday party will be a family affair.

“Wrong!” says a close family friend of the Pataudis. “I don’t know why she would say this. Taimur’s birthday is more than a month away. There is certainly no talk of making it a just a family get-together. Saif and Kareena are planning a huge first birthday bash for their little one. Saif’s mom (Sharmila Tagore) is expected to fly in from Delhi for the big day and the big party.”

And why not? The first birthday is always special for parents and grandparents. Says the family friend, “Saif and Kareena are very excited about Taimur’s first birthday. They intend to invite all their friends from the film industry and outside. Taimur is too young to understand what his first birthday will be like. But he does love candles, cakes and balloons.”

Saif Ali Khan’s baby boy Taimur is undoubtedly one of the most popular star kids in B- Town! Taimur is soon going to turn a year old, on December 20 and we have got you some interesting details about the celebrations.

Well, the Kapoor khandaan is obviously going to come together to celebrate Taimur’s birthday but it’s not going to be a very grand celebration.

Karisma said, “Yes, Taimur’s birthday is arriving and it is a special moment for us. The family is really very excited and thrilled about the same. We will have a family get together of sorts, and will not be having a big celebration.” That’s super cool! We bet little baby Taimur is going to have a wonderful time and we cannot wait for the pictures already!

Having said that, it’s so funny and strange how time has just flown by! It feels like yesterday when we first saw Bebo’s munchkin Taimur and instantly fell in love with him. And everytime he steps out with his parents, he is always ready to face the camera. In an interview recently, when papa Saif was asked about his son being a star on social media and he had said, “I think he will soon get used to being clicked and hopefully, he should get comfortable with it, too. If he grows up to be like me, I think at some point the poor chap will wish no one was watching him. I am afraid; all this just goes with the territory.”

“Taimur is rather delectable, so I don’t blame anyone. It’s a price he has to pay for it,” he added further.
